Reprographics
Our reprographics studio has a wealth of experience and can supply high quality digital proofs with a very quick turnaround. We are familiar with all the leading design software packages and have the experience and skills to produce a high quality job every time.
Computer Network
We operate a network of Apple Macintosh computers linked to Proliant Business Servers running TrueFlow software, Epson Pro proofing printers (with EFI Colour RIP) running Matchprint software and our Crosfield High End Drum Scanner.
Pre-Flight Checks
We use TrueFlow software to paginate and pre-flight check all client supplied artwork. This system flags up and eliminates many simple but common errors in the set up; including colour trapping and choking. It is vital in avoiding potential problems at the latter stages of the printing and finishing process.
Color Accuracy
We can offer a high-end image digitisation service, using our Crosfield High End Drum Scanner. Our network is regularly calibrated to guarantee the quality of reproduction and the final printed product. We consistently achieve levels of colour accuracy that many of our competitors claim, but very few can truly meet.
Consistent Output
Operating the Screen Platerite 4000 II on the back of the TrueFlow software allows us the benefit of a ‘ROOM’ rip (Rip Once, Output Many). This ensures that the plates can be produced from exactly the same digital information that produced the proof, and guaranteeing that the plates match the proofs exactly.
