Environmentally Friendly

We offer the broadest range of coatings and are committed to providing our customers with environmentally friendly solutions. We have water-based curable coatings which do not create atmospheric pollution. Every stage of the coating process is assessed to minimise or eliminate pollution.

Inline Coating Unit

The Heidelberg XL75 has an inline coating unit that gives very impressive results every time. This feature is so good it can mimic the effects of spot UV finishes and matt lamination at a fraction of the cost.

Fragranced Varnishes

The coatings available can also be enhanced with fragrances or smells to add an extra dimension to printed matter.

We have a wide selection of lithographic varnishes currently available including:


  • Gloss Litho Varnish

    A wet litho working, oilbased varnish which dries using auto-oxidation.


  • Satin Litho Varnish

    A wet litho working, satin finish varnish with excellent rub/scratch resistance.


  • Effect Litho Varnish

    Varnish is combined with UV effect lacquer for matt/gloss effects in a single pass.
